Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Grace and peace be with you. In our journey of faith, we are reminded of the preciousness of life and the inevitability of death. As followers of Christ, we find solace and hope in the rich traditions of our Catholic faith, which guide us in times of remembrance and prayer.
With a tender heart, we gather together to honor and remember those who have completed their earthly pilgrimage and now rest in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. In recognition of their lives and legacies, we have established a memorial book, the Book of Remembrance, a sacred repository of names that serves as a testament to their presence among us.
Every first Friday of the month, at the Celebration of the Eucharist, we gather as a community to offer our collective prayers and intercessions for those inscribed in the Book of Remembrance. It is a time of reflection, gratitude, and supplication, as we lift up their names before the altar of God, seeking His mercy, comfort, and eternal peace for their souls.
To honor and commemorate this act of remembrance, we are delighted to offer a beautiful booklet to those who have had their loved ones inscribed in the Book of Remembrance. This booklet serves as a cherished keepsake, a source of comfort, and a reminder of the everlasting bond we share with our departed brothers and sisters in Christ.
As we remember those who have gone before us, let us find solace in the promises of Scripture. The psalmist reminds us, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful ones” (Psalm 116:15). We trust in the hope of resurrection and the assurance that through Christ’s victory over death, our departed loved ones have found eternal rest in the presence of God.Fr. Dominic Toan Tran, Pastor.
If you desire further information about the memorial book or wish to have your loved ones included in the book and perpetually remembered at our First Friday Mass, we warmly invite you to contact the parish office at (561) 488-1373. Our dedicated staff stands ready to assist you, providing guidance, and answering any questions you may have.
May the blessings of our compassionate and loving God be upon you and sustain you as you carry the memories of your loved ones in your hearts. May the Mass of Remembrance and our collective prayers be a source of consolation, healing, and renewal for all who mourn.
May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
Yours in Christ,
